Senior HR Executive
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior HR Executive with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in human resource management. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing recruitment processes, employee relations, performance management, and overall HR operations.
This is a full-time position with working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, six days a week. The candidate should be capable of handling HR responsibilities independently while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and ensure proper documentation.
- Handle employee engagement and grievance resolution.
- Support performance evaluation processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Assist in payroll coordination and attendance management.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Required Skills
- 2–3 years of experience in HR or related field.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
- Good understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
